- RecycleLab collects laboratory consumables made from polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), high density polyethylene (HDPE), and polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
- Accept a wide range of uncontaminated or disinfected lab plastic consumables: if your plastic lab consumables have come into contact with biological hazards then you must decontaminate them prior to collection
- The process is designed to be simple and flexible:
- Step 1: Get your cardboard recycling bins
- Step 2: Fill the bins with clean, accepted lab plastics
- Step 3: Once a minimum of 5 bins are full, seal them up and send an email to RecycleLab to arrange FREE collection
- Step 4: RecycleLab sort and process the plastics at their facility into high-quality raw material, used to create new lab products
